I'm ready to order. Where do I begin?

First, find your selections in the SHOP CULTIVARS section. These are the strains that are ready to ship in the coming week or following week.

If you see something in the collection that isn't in the SHOP CULTIVARS section, it means it is 21 days or more from shipping.

I'm ready to order, but one or more of my selections are not ready to ship. What do I do now?

You can order what is ready now and check back for your other selections in a couple weeks. If flexibility is not an option, you can contact me and make arrangements to purchase all your selections at once in a bundle - and your order can ship in two parts, as the genetics become available.

I just completed my purchase online. What happens next?

After completing your new genetics purchase, someone will reach out to confirm your selections, name and address for shipping label as well as the estimated date of travel for your order.

My order showed up and one or more of my new genetics is not going to make it. What happens next?

Please take a couple pics of what the order looked like upon unpacking. We are happy to resend what is needed and make sure you get happy, healthy starts.

I need a bulk order shipped, how does that work?

Bulk orders are on PRODUCTION STRAINS only. GRANDI GUAVA, Z33, COOKIE WRECK, ANIMAL TSUNAMI and BLUE RITZ #8 are the only strains that we offer in bulk qtys currently. Everything else in considered a HEADSTASH strain and is available in small qtys only for collectors.

I want to order clones and pick up locally. Can I still do that?

Yes, but there is a minimum of 50 qty for local pickup and the only strains that can cover that qty are GRANDI GUAVA, Z33, COOKIE WRECK, ANIMAL TSUNAMI and BLUE RITZ #8.

If you need less than a tray qty of these production strains, reach out via text and we can make arrangements to ship you an order via USPS which typically arrives in 1-2 days.

My order is placed. What comes with my purchase?

Once you complete your order, you will get USPS Priority mail tracking. Your selections ride in a PLANTS IN A BOX luxury clone shipper case complete with on board LED lighting to keep your selection in a proper vegetative photoperiod. Insulated mailers protect your selections from extreme climate influences and cold packs or warm packs are used in extreme weather in your area.

Every order gets a FREEBIE STRAIN which is dealers choice. We choose something based on what you've selected and that we think you'll love. It's an opportunity to explore something new. The genetic is something from our regular weekly menu, not a tester. It's a tried and true selection we added to the collection for very specific attributes. Seeds are coming soon and will also be a freebie item early in 2025.

Who doesn't love a freebie? (There are rare exceptions where a discounted order is agreed to and excludes the freebie. Unless that is the case, every order gets a freebie.)

Along with premium packaging, there will be an informational insert about the USDA FARM BILL and a couple stickers for your collection.

Is there a discount for grabbing multiple Genetics in a single order?

Yes, there are! We offer a BUNDLE PACKAGE that gets you into multiple Genetics and brings the average cost of each down dramatically. This gets you several new additions to your collection for a broader enjoyment of what we offer.

Bulk orders of PRODUCTION STRAINS (25qty minimum) also get heavily discounted.

I just received my order. What do I need to know?

Your new selections were fully rooted and hardened off living in 78-81 degrees, 65%-75% humidity and out from under the dome. The feed at 1.1 EC and have been inoculated with beneficial bacteria and fungi to help establish a healthy rhizosphere for your journey through veg.

We recommend transplanting and getting back under a humidity dome with vents full open to allow them the opportunity to get that elevated humidity they experienced during transit. This is a precaution that ensures a nice easy transition into your garden. I would not recommend going straight outdoors, or into a high pace growing environment in veg with lower RH levels, intense lighting and wind from circulation fans.

If you don't have a humidity dome handy, try a quart or gallon size Ziploc freezer bag. They work great to keep the humidity up for your new family members.

Once you see that after a day or two the leaves are perky, not curling or burning and the plant is displaying the continuation of new growth opening: I would get them integrated into your veg or quarantine area.

I want to treat my new genetics with my IPM program. Is there anything to be aware of? Can I use micronized sulphur?

Your new selections mothers were getting a 4 day rotation of

AHIMSA KARANJA OIL + AZAGUARD
CERTIS ORGANIC TRILOGY NEEM OIL + AZAGUARD
GROW MORE EZ WET SE (Sugar Extract) + PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
MICROTHIOL MICRONIZED SULPHUR

That's the rotation the mothers get. The clones are only treated with the EZ WET SE product which dehydrates soft body insects as well as their eggs - acting as an ovacide. Non toxic and smells great (like sugar cookies)

If you use oil based IPM, dip or spray away! Since only the mothers get MICRONIZED SULPHUR, it's been at least 2 full weeks since they got sulphur, so it's safe for oils.
